WHAT WE COLLECT

• What you give us — your name, email and application answers when you apply, message us, book a setup call or buy a membership.
• Attribution — if you arrive from one of our posts or ads, the link's UTM tags and click IDs (e.g. ttclid/fbclid) are stored in your browser's localStorage and attached to your application or checkout, so we know which post brought you. That's first-touch attribution — no cross-site profile, no fingerprinting.
• Advertising analytics — only if an ad pixel is configured (e.g. TikTok Events), it measures ad performance such as page views and sign-ups. No pixel IDs configured = nothing loads.

WHAT WE NEVER DO

• We do not sell personal data. Ever.
• We do not share it beyond the processors that run the service.
• We do not collect payment card details ourselves — checkout runs entirely on the payment provider's hosted page.

PROCESSORS

The service runs on a small set of processors: a hosted checkout provider (billing), a form service (applications and messages), a scheduling service (setup calls) and — with configuration — an advertising analytics pixel. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

RETENTION & YOUR RIGHTS

We keep application and membership records while your membership is active and as required for legal/accounting purposes, then delete them. You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time: joinpanthera@gmail.com.

STORAGE ON YOUR DEVICE

localStorage keys used by this site: first-touch UTM/click-ID capture for attribution. No third-party cookies are set by us before an analytics pixel is configured and loaded.
