Panthera is decision-support software: it scans markets, gates conditions, raises alerts and keeps records, shown under sanitized strategy aliases. It is not a broker, a fund, an investment adviser or a portfolio manager. It never holds your money, never places trades on your behalf, and nothing it produces is individualized investment advice. You place every trade yourself, with your own broker or prop-firm platform, at your own risk.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction. Trade only with risk capital — money you can afford to lose.
Performance figures published on this site are a record of actual trades executed in a live brokerage account on CME Globex (2023-01-03 through 2026-07-10): real fills, real market slippage and broker commissions — not a simulation, paper account or backtest. They are the desk's own results, not client results, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing on this site is a promise, projection or guarantee of any outcome for you.
Trading futures and CFDs involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Leverage works against you as well as for you. You are solely responsible for every trading decision made while using Panthera, including compliance with your broker's or evaluation firm's rules.
The Panthera software, brand, content and record presentation are owned by Panthera. Membership grants a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the cockpit for your own trading.
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, including uptime, accuracy of data feeds or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panthera's total liability for any claim is limited to the membership fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose, and Panthera is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or consequential damages.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
