The service runs on a small set of processors, each receiving only what it needs to do its job: Stripe (hosted checkout and billing), Web3Forms (applications and messages), Cal.com (setup calls), tawk.to inc. (live chat — which receives your IP address, browser, the page you are on, and anything you type into the chat), Netlify (site hosting) and Google Fonts (typefaces on the home page). With configuration, an advertising analytics pixel may also be loaded.
Several of the processors above are based outside the UK. Where your data is transferred abroad, it is done under the transfer safeguards in each provider's data processing agreement.
We rely on contract for membership and billing, legitimate interests for handling an application or enquiry you send us, and consent for advertising attribution and analytics.
panthera is operated as a sole trader based in the United Kingdom and is the data controller for the information described on this page. Our full postal address is available on request by email. Because we are UK-based, UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply to how we handle it.
We keep application and membership records while your membership is active and as required for legal/accounting purposes, then delete them. Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how it is used, and receive a portable copy. To exercise any of these, or to ask a privacy question, email joinpanthera@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We store nothing on your device ourselves. Attribution is read from the address bar per page and never written down, so there is no consent banner to click. The live chat widget stores its own session keys so a conversation survives a page change, and the checkout provider sets its own cookies on its own hosted page. No advertising cookies are set by us before an analytics pixel is configured and loaded.
