Panthera is trading software: it watches the markets it covers, raises alerts and keeps a record of every trade. On a brokerage or prop-firm account that you connect and authorize during onboarding, Panthera can place, manage and close trades on your behalf. You choose how it runs — fully automated, manual, or analysis-only — and you can override, take manual control, or disconnect the account at any time. It never holds your money or takes custody of your funds; the account stays with your own broker or prop firm and remains yours. Nothing it produces is individualized investment advice, and you use it at your own risk.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction. Trade only with risk capital — money you can afford to lose.
Performance figures published on this site are a record of actual trades executed in a live brokerage account on CME Globex (2023-01-03 through 2026-07-24): real fills, real market slippage and broker commissions — not a simulation, paper account or backtest. They are the desk's own results, not client results, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing on this site is a promise, projection or guarantee of any outcome for you.
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Leverage works against you as well as for you. This risk applies whether trades are placed by you manually or executed automatically on an account you have connected and authorized. You are responsible for your use of Panthera, for the account you connect, and for compliance with your broker's or evaluation firm's rules.
The Panthera software, brand, content and record presentation are owned by Panthera. Membership grants a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the cockpit for your own trading.
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, including uptime, accuracy of data feeds or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panthera's total liability for any claim is limited to the membership fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose, and Panthera is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or consequential damages.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, and you agree to bring any claim on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
